What will appear here
One entry per published call, in the order the ledger holds them, each carrying the same fields — including the ones nobody enjoys publishing.
- The claim, and its date
- One named player, one call type, one sentence, and the instant it was published. The date is part of the claim: a call that cannot be dated cannot be checked.
- The reasoning, published with it
- The public numbers our board was drafted from, written down at the time — not reconstructed afterwards once the result is known. The board is a format-matched consensus of public sources, not a forecast we run ourselves.
- What decides it
- A metric, a threshold, the weeks it is measured over, and a push band around the threshold. Fixed before the window opens, so the test cannot move to meet the result.
- The grade, whichever way it went
- Hit, miss, push, or unresolved when the data could not establish an answer. A miss is an entry on this page in the same type as a hit, and it stays.
Until a call posts, none of the above exists to show. That is why this page is blank rather than illustrated with an example — a worked example on a record page is indistinguishable, at a glance, from a call that was actually made.
What backs this page
Each entry in the ledger carries the hash of the entry before it, so the file cannot be reordered, trimmed or rewritten without breaking the chain. The head below is the hash of the last entry at the time this page was built.

All zeroes: that is the genesis value of a chain with nothing in it. The first published call replaces it, and every call after that is chained to the one before.
A call that is graded wrong is corrected by publishing a superseding grade with its reason. The original entry stays where it is — that is what makes the correction visible instead of silent.
